“In indigenous cultures, the Elders are those who are known as the keepers of the wisdom. The role of the Elders, the Chosen Ones is to pass on an old and ancient message and to give spiritual direction to their children and grandchildren until the 7th generation. The message given with wisdom is to honour the way of life and love given by the Creators. The circle of life is represented by the moon and the stars that travel in a circle through the universe. Everything is interrelated and connected to the other. Everything is an equal part of the whole. The Circle of Life teaches that all of us are children of the Earth, equal to each other and equal in having a place within the circle. The four colours; yellow, red, black and white comprise the sacred and brown colour of mother Earth.”

Circle of Life Teachings
“The power of the Great Spirit comes to use in the form of Eagle Medicine. The essence of healing and widom are symbolised by the strength, superior vision and flight of the great eagle.
As it sours high in the sky, the eagle is our reminder and connection to the energy that the universe opens to give. We are surrounded by all that is worldly and our bond to the great eagle shows us how to be free of these constraints thereby unleashing our inner selves.
True peace and joy comes from what we hold within, which we can give freely to every one around us. The ego shows us the warmth and love that emanates from grandfather's son. We are able to walk in love in the shadows as much as in the magnificent rays of the sun.
The eagle is our spiritual protector, taking our deepest prayers and wishes up into the universe. Understanding, wisdom, knowledge, and healing enable us to rise above the material so that we can feel and connect with our spirit guides. This painting is my tribute to honour the eagle and call upon the ancestors so that they come into our dreams bringing wisdom. With any given power comes a great sense of responsibility. The world around us is undergoing a great change and spiritual insight and awakening is on a high level.
